Job summary

Menasha Packaging Canada L.P. is seeking a Line Leader to supervise and train packaging teams, ensure GMP compliance and maintain safe operations. The role focuses on efficient production, stock reconciliation, and cross-functional communication to support high-quality outputs.

The position requires high school or equivalent, familiarity with GMPs, and experience with packaging operations. WMS/SAP and MS Office skills are advantageous; domestic applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent; familiarity with GMPs is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and SOPs.
• Ability to read and interpret production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train general labour in displays and packaging.
• Maintain and follow GMP guidelines for a clean, safe environment.
• Continually observe and improve production efficiency.
• Reconcile feeder stock and components; report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Foster open lines of communication and coordinate with quality inspectors.
