Job summary

UPS is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate in the Montreal area to perform loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting and stocking of packages. The role may involve heavy machinery and requires accuracy, reliability, and safety compliance.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM–11:00 PM, averaging about 5 hours per day. Starting pay is CAD 18.50 per hour, with a maximum CAD 25.81 per hour after probation and potential overtime.

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. The employee may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.


• Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.

DESCRIPTION

• Starting hourly rate: $ 18.50/h


• Maximum rate: $ 25.81/h (probation + 48 month progression)


• Approximately 5 hours per day


• Overtime after 5 hours of work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.

• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
