UPS is seeking candidates for a night-shift package handler in the Montreal area. The role involves loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages, with possible use of heavy machinery. A fast-paced environment and adherence to UPS procedures are required.

Starting pay is $18.50 CAD per hour, rising to a maximum of $31.31 CAD per hour with progression and probation. The shift runs Monday to Friday from 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM, with overtime after 5 hours per day.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. The employee may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

Description

Starting hourly rate: $ 18.50/h
Maximum rate: $ 31.31/h (probation + 48 month progression)
Approximately 3-5 hours per day
Overtime after 5 hours of work.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Ability to read and memorize postal codes
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week

Shift

Monday to Friday, between 11:00 PM and 3:00 AM (flexible).
