Job summary

UPS in Montreal (Lachine) is seeking a loading/unloading associate to handle packages with care, scanning, sorting and stocking in a fast-paced environment. You may use heavy equipment and must follow UPS methods to ensure accuracy and safety.

The role starts at 18.50 CAD per hour, with a max of 31.49 CAD per hour, and offers overtime after 5 hours. Shifts run Tuesday to Saturday from 3:00 AM to 9:30 AM, with tuition reimbursement up to CAD 2,000 for eligible programs.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. The employee may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.
• Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.

DESCRIPTION

• Starting hourly rate: 18.50$/h
• Maximum rate: 31.49 $/h (probation + 48 month progression)
• Approximately 3-5 hours per day
• Tuition reimbursement (up to $2000)*conditions may apply
• Overtime after 5 hours of work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
