Job summary

UPS is seeking a part-time Package Handler in Lachine, QC. You will load, unload, sort, and stock packages, using basic equipment in a fast-paced environment. Starting hourly rate is $18.50 per hour, with a maximum rate of $31.49 per hour during probation and progression up to 48 months.

The role typically requires 3–5 hours per day with a Tuesday to Saturday shift from 3:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Overtime after 5 hours, tuition reimbursement up to $2000, and accommodation for disabilities during

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. The employee may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.

Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.

DESCRIPTION

Starting hourly rate: 18.50$/h

Maximum rate: 31.49 $/h (probation + 48 month progression)

Approximately 3-5 hours per day
