Job summary

UPS in Quebec City, Quebec is seeking a motivated package handler to load, unload, sort and stock parcels in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Evening shift Mon-Fri 5:00 PM–10:00 PM, starting at $18 per hour with a max rate of $30.11, plus tuition reimbursement up to $2,000; overtime after 5 hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and memorize postal codes
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. The employee may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.
• Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.

DESCRIPTION

• Starting hourly rate: $ 18/h
• Maximum rate: $ 30.11/h (probation + 48 month progression)
• Approximately 3-5 hours per day
• Tuition reimbursement (up to $2000) *conditions may apply
• Overtime after 5 hours of work.
