EllisDon Corporation seeks an Accountant, Asset Management to support SPV financial management for large-scale P3 projects. You will coordinate with lenders, counsel, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders while handling full-cycle accounting and monthly reporting.

You will assist with cash flow projections, HST filings, and participate in special EllisDon projects, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum one year of accounting or financial administration experience.
• Interest in CPA designation.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Assist with the comprehensive financial management of SPVs for P3 projects.
• Coordinate between lenders, legal counsel, consultants, contractors, and internal managers.
• Manage payments, receipts and distributions, and assist with full-cycle accounting for SPVs.
• Prepare monthly HST filings for each SPV.
• Assist with cash flow projections and variance analysis for each SPV.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for partners and support year-end audits.
• Contribute to special projects across EllisDon group as needed.
