As a P&C Business Partner Manager supporting the Chief Product Officer (CPO) team , you wear several hats: trusted advisor, consultant, change agent and coach. You sit alongside and collaborate with leaders to develop and implement strategies that support business needs in addition to leading the implementation of the People Plan.

Every day you engage in business conversations and partner to influence and equip leaders to manage change, grow their teams, and foster a highly engaged and inspiring workplace.

  • Proactively partner with leaders to identify people issues or organizational design challenges and provide advice and expertise to help develop creative solutions
  • Liaise with Centres of Excellence (CoE) to provide timely and constructive feedback to help drive the evolution of business unit programs and solutions
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset, continually looks for opportunities to increase the return of investment (ROI) of people programs and ways to improve the team member experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by presenting multiple perspectives and challenging the status quo to expand their capabilities
  • Leverage the breadth of your unique experiences and perspective to share insights with your P&C colleagues
  • Support the M&A team in due diligence, integration planning and execution phases related to P&C

  • Known for solving complex issues without having all the answers, and navigating ambiguity amidst ongoing, fast-paced change
  • Recognized for your learning mindset and ability to understand the business and the challenges by developing and delivering innovative approaches that result in improvements in team engagement, productivity and organizational performance
  • Experienced at supporting internationally located remote first product and technology teams constantly evolving to meet the needs of our business and customers
  • 7 or more years of experience in a strategic human resources, program or leadership role
