Fortigo Freight Inc. in Montreal is seeking a Class 1 yard driver to park at client plants, perform yard shunting, and handle transfers between Beauharnois, Lachine, Pointe-Claire, and overflow yards.

Shift starts 6:00 am, Monday to Friday, with work conducted on site at Fortigo operations in Lachine. You must have a clean abstract, at least 2 years of Class 1 experience with a raised fifth wheel from 2016 or newer, and be comfortable moving loaded liquid tankers.

Aufgaben

Job Summary

You will be parking your truck at our customer plant in Lachine.Your start time will be 6h00 Monday to Friday. You will end your day in Lachine. You are required to have an Android phone.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Youwill leave from Lachine forBeauharnois where you will perform yard shunting. and transfersbetween customer locations,Beauharnois, Lachine, Pointe Claire and overflow yard in Beauharnois
• Perform standard yard shunting activities including yard inventory.
• Move and load tanker at customer’s vendor location in Beauharnois.
• Move empty tankers to and from customer’s designated washing locationsin Lachine and La Prairie

Qualifications and Skills

• Clean abstracts and criminal search required.
• 2 years of Class 1 experience.
• 2016or newer Vehicle. Raised fifth wheel required.
• Must be comfortable moving loaded liquid tankers.
• Must understand and speak French.
• You are required to have an Android phone.
