Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project coordination or related trades.
• Trade background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, or building controls.
• Journeyperson trade certification is an asset.
• Experience managing smaller projects with subcontractors and customers.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from handoff to closeout.
• Plan schedules, field resources, subcontractors, materials, procurement.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and margins.
• Lead retrofits, replacements, and upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Provide proactive communication and accurate reporting.
