Job summary

Nutreco, through its Trouw Nutrition subsidiary, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our St. Marys, ON facility. You will lead daily warehousing operations across two warehouses, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate product flow in a fast‑paced environment.

You will manage eight staff, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Inventory teams to optimize stock and order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in warehouse management or CPG‑related warehousing.
• Experience supervising staff and leading teams.
• Strong change‑management capabilities.
• Experience working with livestock feed, pet food, or similar regulated warehousing (nice to have).
• Technical skills in Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft applications.
• Proven software/system literacy and accuracy in data recording.
• Core competencies: process focus, people leadership, problem‑solving, collaboration, adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of Warehouses 1 and 2, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate flow of products.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control and dock activity to support on‑time fulfillment.
• supervise a team of eight employees and build strong management routines.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management to optimize inventory rotation.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to maintain smooth order allocation and product availability.
