New Path Youth and Family Services in Cookstown, Ontario, is seeking a Relief Worker (Nights) to provide overnight coverage in the Live-in Treatment houses within the Live-In Treatment Services program. This casual, on-call role supports youth and families facing significant social, emotional and behavioral challenges in a 24-hour therapeutic setting.

The successful candidate will hold CYW education or equivalent, have a youth-focused approach and strong engagement and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary Education in CYW or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a therapeutic environment with youth is preferred.

• Provide overnight coverage in Live-in Treatment houses.
• Support youth and families facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges in a 24/7 setting.
• Engage with clients and participate in treatment planning and outcomes.
