Job Description

Lead Guest Services Team Members supervise store employees and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, respond effectively to customer needs, and be self-motivated to assist managers in maintaining a well-run, clean, and welcoming facility. Knowledge of store operations and a commitment to quality and customer service are essential.

Pay Rates: Starting from $17.20 to $20.75 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused environment
• Proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff
• Flexible availability including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check required
