Job Description

The Lead Guest Services Team Member supervises store employees and oversees general store operations. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, responds effectively to customer needs, and is self-motivated to assist managers in maintaining a well-run, clean, and efficient facility. Knowledge of store operations and a commitment to quality and customer service are essential.

Pay Rates

Starting between: $17.20 - $20.75 per hour

Qualifications

1. Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
2. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture
3. Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
4. Ability to work as part of a team and interact with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff at various levels
5. Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
6. Background check required
