Job Description

Lead Guest Services Team Members supervise store employees and operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to meet customer needs, be self-motivated, and assist managers with tasks to maintain well-functioning facilities. Knowledge of store operations and our commitment to quality and customer service is essential.

Pay Rates Starting between: $17.20 - $20.75 / hour

Qualifications
  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff
  • Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check required
