Eataly Yorkville is seeking a full-time Overnight Bakery Lead who will oversee the baking operations in our 24-hour bakery. You will be responsible for producing artisanal bread and focaccia using traditional Italian recipes.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of baking experience, comprehensive knowledge of baking techniques, and strong communication skills. This role requires flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends, and offers a competitive salary plus additional
