Paris Baguette is seeking a Team Leader in Toronto to guide crew, prep beverages, stock, and operate all store machines. You will lead the team to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain clean, organized spaces for a welcoming bakery cafe experience.

The role emphasizes food safety, accurate ordering, teamwork and reliable shift coverage, with opportunities to grow within a fast-expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service to all customers and calls for orders
• Checks quality of products for displays and rotates pastries and desserts
• Delegates duties among crew and ensures tasks are completed
• Uses the POS system accurately to enter customer orders
• Maintains a clean store and adheres to food safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following Paris Baguette standards
• Check product quality and rotate pastry displays
• Delegate tasks among crew and monitor completion
• Enter orders in POS and operate Toast system
• Keep store clean during operations
• Assist with unloading deliveries (up to twice a week)
• Handle catering orders
• Opening shifts: clean tabletops and turn on equipment
• Closing shifts: sanitize and prepare for next day
