Job summary

Four Points & Element Toronto Airport in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front office operations and financial reporting. This role requires independence, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to guest service during the overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and telephone revenue.
• Balance and audit all room and tax charges, cashier reports, and guest and house accounts.
• Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documentation.
• Prepare customer tracking reports, market segmentation reports, and food and beverage revenue reports.
• Ensure all audit procedures are completed in compliance with hotel and brand standards.
• Communicate with other departments as needed to resolve discrepancies or provide information.
• Provide front desk guest service support during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment throughout the overnight shift.
