About the role: Over-the-Counter Associate FT

As an Over-the-Counter Associate at Walmart, you’ll assist customers with their needs, ensure the department is well-organized, and support the Pharmacy Manager and OTC Department Manager in daily tasks. Your responsibilities include stock rotation, pricing accuracy, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-zoned department.

You’ll also be responsible for maximizing department sales and ensuring compliance with privacy standards under the Privacy Act. By providing outstanding customer service and maintaining product availability, you’ll contribute to the overall success of the store.
