An established industry player is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth through B2B distributor channels across Ontario. This dynamic role emphasizes distributor development while also engaging in cold outreach to end-users in the welding and fabrication sectors. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing business through B2B distributor channels across Ontario and supporting them through occasional end-user visits and product education. The role is approximately 80% focused on distributor development and 20% cold outreach to end users (e.g., welding/fabrication shops). This position offers a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 CAD (depending on experience), plus commission and along with other perks.
