Ideal Siding Langley is hiring a high-performing Outside Sales Representative with a background in construction or home renovation sales.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the home improvement industry and is ready to close high-ticket deals, deliver expert consultations, and manage client relationships from the initial meeting to contract signing.

What You’ll Do:

Start Strong:

  • Review pre-qualified leads
  • Plan appointments with high-potential clients
  • Follow up to book consultations


Sell with Confidence:

  • Meet homeowners in person
  • Present tailored siding solutions
  • Prepare and send proposals
  • Follow up, address objections, and close the deal


Drive Revenue:

  • Generate referrals and upsell opportunities
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Manage a growing pipeline of active leads


Own Your Results:

  • Track your sales performance
  • Strategize to exceed monthly goals
  • Be accountable for your success


Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is Required: You must have a minimum of 1–2 years of successful sales experience specifically in construction, renovation, or a related home improvement industry.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using different software to track leads, generate reports, and manage client interactions.
  • Problem-solving ability: Skilled at handling client concerns and questions while delivering quick, practical solutions.


What We’re Looking For:

MUST HAVE:

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in home improvement, renovation, or construction services (e.g., siding, roofing, windows, remodeling, or similar)
  • Confidence in presenting in-home consultations and closing deals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and organized with CRM tools or project management software
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday
  • Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation


Please Note: This is not an entry-level position or a fit for general retail, hospitality, or unrelated sales backgrounds. Only candidates with relevant industry experience will be considered.
