CMS MacTech is a leading welding sales and service company serving the Maritimes. We provide a wide range of welding equipment, consumables, and industrial safety gear—backed by top-tier service and strong customer relationships. We’re growing fast and looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a mobile sales role with no fixed office. You'll be based out of a company vehicle, traveling across western Nova Scotia to sell welding and safety supplies directly to customers.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of active, dormant, and new accounts
• Develop and execute sales strategies in coordination with inside sales
• Prepare quotes, bids, and product recommendations
• Provide pricing, availability, and delivery info to customers
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships through excellent service

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in outside sales (trade / industrial sales preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivation with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Tech-savvy with solid math and computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 40 lbs
