Your Role at Kitply

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive sales success. You will work within sales channels, both direct and indirect, targeting specific audiences. Your main focus (about 80%) will be sourcing new business, while also servicing existing customers to grow your sales portfolio. Kitply is a rare exclusive western supplier of Titus Fittings and Sugatsune Hardware, offering you a unique opportunity to sell sought-after product lines.

On a regular basis, you will:

  • Provide sales account management to new and existing customers (roughly an 80/20 split);
  • Win and drive more sales;
  • Follow-up on accounts;
  • Attend networking events and trade shows (when possible);
  • Reach out to warm leads; and
  • Research potential prospects in target industries.

This is a senior role requiring a post-secondary degree and at least 3 years of outside B2B sales experience in the industry. The ideal candidate is a tenacious sales professional who enjoys hunting for new opportunities and can work independently.
