THE ROLE - SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The sales representative will follow the company's sales playbook to initiate, track, nurture, and convert leads from various networks.
Responsibilities include actively soliciting cold and warm leads via cold calling, networking, social media, and field prospecting. The role involves building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
The sales representative will work under the Business Development Manager and collaborate with estimators, marketing, and the executive team to pursue ideal clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales experience in the ICI sector of construction in Ontario, with a proven professional network and experience using CRM software.
