Job summary

Xceed Supply Ltd. in Red Deer, AB is seeking an aggressive, driven Outside Sales professional to join our growing team. This full-time, in-person role focuses on developing new business, building relationships, and closing deals across Central Alberta.

Responsibilities include cold calling, visiting clients, coordinating orders, and supporting delivery operations. Local candidates in Red Deer or within 50 km are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven outside sales experience.
• Aggressive, competitive, self-motivated and results-driven.
• Proven track record of generating new business and closing sales.
• Strong knowledge of the upstream/midstream oil and gas industry.
• Oilfield supply, pipe, fittings, or valve experience is required.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel throughout Central Alberta.
• Ability to work in person from our Red Deer location.

• Represent Xceed Supply Ltd. professionally and confidently in the field.

About the Role:

Xceed Supply Ltd. is seeking an aggressive, driven, and highly motivated Outside Sales professional to join our growing team in Red Deer, AB.

This is not a passive customer service position. We are looking for a confident, competitive sales professional who is hungry for new business, comfortable making calls, visiting customers, developing relationships, and closing deals. The successful candidate will also support customer service and delivery operations throughout Central Alberta.
