Job summary

Ringball Corporation in Montreal, QC, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop and maintain customer relationships, grow sales within an assigned territory, and identify new business opportunities. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to promote products, provide solutions, and deliver ongoing support, while traveling within the territory and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English.
• University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of outside sales experience in industrial products, wholesale distribution, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains personal contact with customers and prospects within assigned territories.
• Manages and increases sales with existing accounts.
• Develops new customers and expands the company’s customer base.
• Identifies, qualifies, and follows up on new sales opportunities.

• Prepares quotes, proposals, and other sales documentation.

• Maintains accurate customer and sales activity records.
• Prepares call reports, follow-up reports, expense reports, and other required sales documentation.
• Participates in trade shows, customer meetings, and other promotional events.
• Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned.
