Position: Outside Sales Representative - Kitchener, ON

As an Outside Sales Representative based in Kitchener, your essential duties will include:

  1. Prospecting and onboarding new accounts
  2. Developing strategies to increase sales within existing customer accounts
  3. Conducting the required number of weekly account visits to achieve coverage targets
  4. Developing an opportunity pipeline supporting monthly sales objectives
  5. Attending weekly strategy meetings with the Regional Sales Manager and team meetings as scheduled
  6. Ensuring all sales activities are properly documented in the company CRM
  7. Facilitating industry-leading customer service between project, branch, and operational teams

Qualifications:

  1. 2-3 years of sales experience within the electrical distribution industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  2. Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships
  3. Track record of achieving sales targets
  4. Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with current and prospective customers
  5. Experience with CRM software
