We’re hiring a Customer Care Sales Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll provide clients with tailored insurance options and guide them through the enrollment process. Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads to assess their insurance needs
Educate clients on coverage options and recommend personalized solutions
Provide policy support and answer client questions with clarity and care
Build lasting relationships and trust with customers

Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
A self-starter mindset and strong accountability in a remote environment

No prior insurance experience required. Full training provided upon hire.
