Role Description This full-time Outside Sales Representative role is a hybrid position based in the Kincardine/Greater Bruce Huron Area, combining on-site customer visits, in-store collaboration, and some work-from-home flexibility. The representative will develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and commercial customers, serving as a trusted resource for building solutions and product recommendations. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, preparing quotes, maintaining existing customer relationships, and following up to close sales. The role works closely with internal teams to support accurate pricing, timely deliveries, and responsive customer service. Regular travel within the territory, proactive client communication, and consistent pipeline management are essential to success in this position.
Qualifications
·Strong relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to develop long-term partnerships with contractors, builders, and commercial customers.
·Comfort working in a hybrid role, with the ability to manage time, territory, customer follow-up, and priorities independently.
·Experience in outside sales or account management, preferably in building supplies, retail, construction-related, or B2B environments.
