An Outside Sales Professional position with FASTSIGNS offers you the opportunity to work with people across various industries and provide solutions that make an impact in their workplaces. Your days will involve meeting clients, assessing needs, prospecting for new business, networking, and managing customer relationships. You will sell a unique, exciting product line that adapts based on customer needs and desires.

Position Description

Responsible for sales activities from lead generation through project management. Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan to meet personal and business goals, expanding the customer base in the marketing area. Collaborate with management and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth, aligned with company values.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop an annual sales plan with the Franchise Partner or Center Manager to focus on meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  2. Engage in business conversations with owners and decision-makers.
  3. Sell consultatively using the FASTSIGNS Selling Solution System.
  4. Identify prospects and contact them using targeted strategies.
  5. Maintain a database of qualified leads through various outreach methods.
  6. Follow up on leads and referrals.
  7. Keep accurate records of all sales activities.
  8. Understand pricing and proposal models thoroughly.
  9. Complete all necessary paperwork and follow procedures from initiation to project completion.
  10. Prepare presentations, estimates, and contracts.
  11. Establish and maintain estimate follow-up procedures.
  12. Prepare activity and sales reports for weekly meetings.
  13. Assist in implementing marketing plans and conducting market research.
  14. Address and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
  15. Work effectively with support departments and adhere to company policies and ethics.
  16. Practice the "Everybody Sells" mentality, seeking sales opportunities constantly.
  17. Serve as a backup for front desk duties and customer inquiries.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Participate in networking and marketing events.
  2. Assist in collecting accounts receivables.
  3. Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules.
  4. Conduct or supervise minor installations.
  5. Manage project schedules and tasks to ensure quality.
Working Conditions

Normal office and light manufacturing environment. Reporting to the franchise partner or center manager. Occasional overnight travel, weekends, or evenings may be required. Typically Monday through Friday business hours. Fast-growing industry with opportunities to work in various roles.
