We are an dental practice specializing in dental implants, with multiple locations, committed to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional service. As our practice grows, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join in a flexible, remote role reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective patients who have expressed interest in our services through a lead form. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with incoming leads and schedule their consultations. This is a commission-based position with flexible days/hours — ideal for someone who is results-driven and looking for autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with inbound leads via phone and email (through the CRM) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build rapport with prospective patients to understand their needs and explain our consultation process.
  • Schedule consultations and ensure accurate calendar coordination.
  • Track communication notes and outcomes using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Professional English (spoken & written).
  • Professional French (spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong in M365 software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines is an asset.
  • Experience in a dental or medical environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate lead response times.
