Job summary

A leading company in the industry is seeking a Sales Representative to explore new business opportunities and develop customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in sales, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role involves traveling within the designated territory and preparing sales information for management.

Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Exploring new business opportunities and prospects, including but not limited to:
  • Making contact with prospects within a designated territory
  • Resolving problems
  • Travel within the territory
  • Recording new prospects into the database
  • Representing ISCO within industry, trade, or professional associations to develop and promote positive relationships
  • Researching solutions using available sales tools to meet prospect/customer needs
  • Communicating the value of ISCO products and services to prospects
  • Developing accounts and building customer relationships, including but not limited to:
    • Forming alliances and partnerships to maximize revenue
    • Improving customer satisfaction and fostering positive business relationships
    • Travel within the territory
  • Preparing sales information, quotes, market analysis, and managing sales expenses for management
  • Engaging in collections of receivables as necessary
  • Coordinating all sales efforts, including preparation and direct interaction with prospects, and collaborating with customer service teams. Activities include:
    • Researching, preparing presentations, and reporting for sales meetings
    • Making decisions and negotiating pricing
  • Performing other duties as assigned
