ADP is seeking an Outside Field Sales Representative to cover a territory within at most 90 minutes of the Burnaby location in Canada. You will build a personal book of business, backed by ADP’s training and rewards, selling cloud-based HCM solutions to small businesses through field and virtual sales.
You’ll prospect, engage, and close deals with owners and HR/payroll/finance decision makers, develop new clients, and hit defined sales targets. A hybrid work model is supported.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is CAD $63,500.00 - CAD $113,500.00 / Year*
In Ontario and/or British Columbia (where applicable), the range shown represents the expected total compensation, including vacation pay and commission at target. Commissions are based on several factors, including but not limited to individual targets and achievements, as well as company guidelines and plans.
