Job summary

Quint Development Corporation in Saskatoon is seeking an Outreach Support Worker for Build Up Saskatoon (BUS), its construction social enterprise. You will help participants facing barriers by providing guidance, coaching and connections to resources to support employment goals during and after the program.

Build Up Saskatoon (BUS) is Quint Development's construction social enterprise. We support individuals facing barriers to employment including justice involvement, housing insecurity, limited work experience, and other life challenges by providing meaningful work experience, skill development and individualized support.

As our Outreach Support Worker, you'll build trusting relationships with participants, help them overcome personal and employment barriers, and connect them with the resources they need to succeed both during and after the program.
