Qualifications

• Previous Outreach experience required.
• Two years of related role experience preferred and supporting individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Outreach/Westman Services program participants.
• Collaborate with Drop-in Coordinator and Clinical team to plan and monitor activities.
• Ensure program planning documents are followed and program requirements are met.
• Support program administration as needed.
