Job summary

Garry's Garden Gallery in Canada is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for our Hot Tub, Pool, and Patio Department. You will guide customers to select hot tubs, pools, patio furniture, and related items while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, demonstrating products, performing water testing, maintaining merchandising standards, stocking shelves, and assisting with loading and unloading. Prior retail experience is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Willingness to learn about pool and spa water chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Perform pool and spa water testing and advise on water care (training provided).
• Maintain merchandising standards and stock shelves; manage inventory.
