Arc’TERYX in New Westminster, BC is seeking a Repair Assessor to deliver exceptional guest experiences by evaluating returned gear and guiding repair actions with the HQ team. You will help restore equipment to a functional state while upholding our repair standards.

You’ll work with the ReBird team to manage workloads, document inspection results, and collaborate across shifts to improve repair quality. A background in quality control and passion for the outdoors are a plus.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience in Quality Control (manufacturing or textile) or related field.
• Experience using Arc’teryx products or similar outdoor gear is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail with accurate data entry.
• Proactive in identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven to think creatively and improve processes.
• Passion for outdoor activities a plus.

Mansioni

• Utilize a detailed understanding of Arc’teryx Repair Standards to assess the state of returned products and guide repair actions.
• Coordinate with Repair team to execute repairs efficiently and meet guest expectations.
• Identify discrepancies with Repair Supervisor and take corrective actions.
• Manage workload with awareness of department service level goals.
• Record inspection results and complete documentation daily.
• Collaborate with operators, Team Leaders, and Supervisors to enhance repair quality.
• Participate in other projects or duties as required.
