Fiction Profits Academy seeks an experienced Outbound Setter to re-engage past buyers and guide them toward our high‑ticket mentorship programs. You’ll conduct 30‑minute discovery calls, qualify prospects for $5k–$15k offerings, and arrange calls for senior advisors, using Aloware and HubSpot to stay organized.

You’ll be joining a fast‑paced team that values emotional intelligence, efficient CRM use, and a coaching mindset.

• Experience establishing opportunities through discovery calls.
• Able to reconnect with existing customers, not cold leads.
• Strong listening and questioning to uncover blockers and needs.

Responsabilidades

• Make 50+ outbound touches per day via calls, texts, emails.
• Speak with existing customers—no cold leads here.
• Run 30‑min discovery calls to uncover what’s held them back.
• Qualify prospects for high-ticket programs ($5k–$15k).
• Book sales calls for our advisory team.
• Stay on top of follow‑ups inside Aloware + HubSpot.
• Follow proven frameworks that drive prospects to a decision.
