Job summary

SinglePoint in Toronto, Ontario, is hiring for a permanent, full-time onsite representative to support loan applications and drive outbound sales. Start date August 20, 2026. Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00 AM–8:00 PM with potential Saturday shifts and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Application Walk-Through Support: Guide prospects through the loan application process with clear, step-by-step support
• Assist in Funding Loans: Help customers complete any outstanding steps to fund their loan quickly and efficiently
• Make Proactive Outbound Calls: Use a computer-based dialer to reach out to prospects who started but didn’t complete their loan applications
• Question Resolution: Answer questions about the application process, eligibility, and general loan details
• Retail Referral Support: When appropriate, direct customers to a nearby retail location for in-person assistance and further support
• Accurate Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system

This is a permanent, full-time onsite position based at:

• 255 Consumers Road, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M2J 1R4

We are looking for candidates who are available to work any five (5) days per week on a rotational schedule within the following hours:

Current Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Future Flexibility: Hours may extend until 9:00 PM on weekdays, with regular Saturday shifts

Competitive hourly wage of $20.00/hour
