Job summary

BRP is seeking a Senior SAP Logistics Analyst (EWM & TM) to drive operational excellence within the Logistics Application Delivery and Lifecycle team. Based in Valcourt, Quebec, you will lead end-to-end SAP logistics initiatives, ensuring scalable solutions across global operations.

You will engage across business units and IT to optimize inbound/outbound processes and integration points with FI/CO, MM, and SD.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience in EWM and TM.
• Experience in large-scale S/4HANA implementation projects with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Warehouse Management and Transportation Management within integrated SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior functional analyst for SAP EWM, TM, and IM, supporting programs, projects, and enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize end-to-end logistics processes and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead or contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, fit-gap analyses, and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP ecosystems.
• Provide recommendations and guidance on SAP logistics solutions to IT and business stakeholders.
• Deliver expert-level incident support, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to SAP governance, solution architecture, and best practices.

Join BRP's Logistics Application Delivery and Lifecycle team within the Information and Technology (I&T) organization as a Senior SAP Logistics Analyst (EWM & TM). Working alongside a team of SAP functional and technical experts, you will help drive operational excellence and support BRP's strategic priorities through the delivery of innovative, integrated logistics solutions.

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP professional with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, extensive experience in EWM and TM, and a strong track record of leading implementation projects in complex SAP environments. Beyond technical and functional knowledge, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to understand, align, and integrate logistics business processes across multiple business units, helping to deliver continuous value and support BRP's growth journey.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To

• Act as a senior functional analyst for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), and Inventory Management (IM), supporting strategic programs, project implementations, continuous improvement initiatives, and application support activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand, optimize, and integrate end-to-end logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation planning and execution, translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead or contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, and migration initiatives, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integration across the SAP ecosystems
• Provide recommendations and guidance to stakeholders on SAP logistics solutions
• Deliver expert-level support for complex incidents, enhancements, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to SAP governance, solution architecture, standards, and best practices to ensure sustainable and scalable solutions..
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both IT leadership and business stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of servant leadership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within agile delivery teams

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• University degree or equivalent by experience
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience in EWM and TM
• Experience in large-scale and international S/4HANA implementation projects, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Warehouse Management and Transportation Management to support, design, and optimize SAP solutions across our logistics and supply chain operations including integration points with FI/CO, MM and SD
• Proven ability to bridge business requirements with SAP system design and configuration
• Experience in global/multi-business unit environments with complex, integrated SAP landscapes.
• Excellent skills in solution design, problem-solving, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of integration with 3PLs, carriers, or automation system
• Experience in scaled agile environment (e.g SAFe, LeSS)
• Comfortable operating in a multi-time zone environment and participating in escalations for critical incidents
