Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager for Compact Construction Equipment to drive sales in Ottawa, focusing on new and used equipment, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships.

You will coordinate with Parts, Service, and Finance to deliver integrated solutions and maintain robust opportunity tracking. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in heavy equipment sales, deep knowledge of compact equipment, and a proven ability to travel within the territory.

Formación

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment industries.
• Strong knowledge of compact construction equipment, including skid steers, track loaders, mini excavators, and wheel loaders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share within the AOR.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and responding to market trends to achieve growth targets.
• Promote Brandt’s compact construction equipment line to existing and potential customers to strengthen brand presence and increase sales.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention, repeat business, and referrals.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Finance departments to provide integrated solutions that meet customer needs efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor customer operations and changing requirements to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate customer status reports, including call activity, prospect lists, and opportunity tracking submitted weekly, to support informed sales strategies.
• Coordinate equipment check-ins, upfitting, and delivery schedules with Sales Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Complete all sales documentation, travel plans, and expense reports promptly to maintain operational accuracy and compliance.
• Participate actively in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed on products, market trends, and company initiatives.
