A leading healthcare provider is seeking an Orthopaedic LPN to join their multidisciplinary team in Victoria. This role involves performing assessments, providing personal care, and operating within the full scope of practice as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and relevant training in Orthopaedic Technology.

Under the direction of the Manager, Clinical Coordinator, or designate, and as a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Orthopaedic LPN performs assessments, plans, and provides personal care, along with various nursing procedures. Responsibilities include applying and removing casts and splints, and setting up, monitoring, and adjusting traction equipment as directed by the physician. The Orthopaedic LPN operates within the full scope of practice outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, adhering to agency policies, standards, and unit-specific protocols.
