Job summary

Davis Orthodontics is seeking a friendly Treatment Coordinator to join our fast-paced Danforth team in Toronto. You’ll be the first contact for patients, explain treatment options, and coordinate payments and insurance.

This role blends front-desk hospitality with sales, requiring strong communication and organization. Dental Assistant Level II and NDAEB are assets but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude and collaborative mindset.
• Dental Assistant Level II and NDAEB certification are assets but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients by phone, email, or in person.
• Collect information from inquiries and guide next steps.
• Present treatment and financial options to patients clearly.
• Review contracts and payment plans with patients and families.
• Coordinate insurance information and respond to coverage inquiries.
• Handle payments and ensure documentation is complete.
• Conduct follow-up calls and assist with re-booking appointments.
• Prepare letters for doctors and collect required signatures.
• Support the front desk team as needed.
• Other administrative or patient care duties as required.
