Original Joe's in Calgary is seeking a Line/Prep Cook to join our neighbourhood kitchen. You’ll prepare and cook menu items to specification, while keeping a clean, organized station and high standards of food quality.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to hustle during busy shifts. No prior formal experience is required—training is provided for the right person, with opportunities to grow within the restaurant family.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person.
• A passion for cooking and creating consistently great dishes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your kitchen team, communicating effectively to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
• Monitor food stock and supplies, assisting with inventory management and minimizing waste.
• Work efficiently to meet kitchen demands, ensuring orders are prepared quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required.
