Original Joe's is hiring a Line/Prep Cook to join our neighbourhood kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items, assist with prep, and help maintain a clean, safe workstation in a fast-paced environment.

We value friendly, motivated team players who take pride in presentation and guest satisfaction. Training is available for the right candidate, with opportunities for growth within a renowned Canadian restaurant family.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to specification, ensuring taste and presentation.
• Assist with ingredient prep and station setup following recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold food-safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team and communicate to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor stock and assist with inventory to minimize waste.
• Work efficiently to meet kitchen demands during busy shifts.

What You’ll Do
