• 1+ year of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant or bar.

• A collaborative attitude and willingness to support your team whenever needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train front-of-house team during busy shifts.
• Craft drinks with speed and precision while maintaining quality.

• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and stock levels.
• Stay updated with the beverage menu and daily specials; suggest drinks to guests.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer accurately.
• Contribute to creating new drink specials with the bar team.

What You’ll Do

• Craft a variety of drinks with speed and precision, ensuring each one meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service, keeping communication open during busy shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it’s fully stocked and operational throughout your shift.
• Stay up-to-date with our beverage menu and any daily specials, recommending drinks that align with guest preferences.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
• Assist in creating new drink specials or cocktail ideas in collaboration with the bar team and management.
