Qualifications

• 3+ years in OD or HR consulting or similar role.
• Experience leading change initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and analyze team dynamics to identify issues.
• Design and implement OD interventions and leadership development programs.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and coaching for leaders.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and competency modelling.
• Collaborate with People Team to align interventions with the People First culture.
