Job summary

University of Ottawa is inviting applications for an occasional teaching position to deliver Organizational Behaviour at the Main Campus for the 2027 Winter Semester. The role requires an MBA or Master’s degree (PhD preferred) with recent professional experience related to the course and prior teaching experience.

Classes are scheduled on Wednesday evenings, in person, with a typical workload of 39 hours per term.

Qualifications

• Must have MBA or Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in organizational behaviour or human resources management.
• Must demonstrate recent professional experience directly related to the course.
• Must have teaching experience, preferably in the course area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Organizational Behaviour course in person.
• Prepare and update course materials, assignments and assessments.
• Coordinate with the Telfer School of Management to ensure smooth delivery of the course.
