Job summary

The University of Ottawa, Main Campus, invites applications for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach ADM2337 Human Resources Management for the 2027 Winter Semester. Requirements include an MBA or Master’s in organizational behaviour or HRM (PhD preferred), recent relevant professional experience, and teaching experience, preferably in OB or HRM.

Teaching will be in person, in English, with classes scheduled Tue 14:30–16:00 and Fri 16:00–17:30.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in organizational behaviour or human resources management (PhD preferred).
• Recent professional experience directly related to the course.
• Teaching experience, preferably in OB or HRM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ADM2337 in-person lectures in English.
• Assess student work and provide feedback within the term.
