Job summary

The University of Ottawa is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Seminar in Administration: Personal Development and Leadership (ADM4396) at the Main Campus for the 2027 Winter Semester.

The successful candidate will hold an MBA or Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in HR management or leadership with recent professional experience, and be able to engage students and coordinate guest speakers; teaching will be in person on Fridays 1:00–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in HR management or leadership.
• Must have recent professional experience in the area of the course.
• Must have a network of representatives from various industries to assist as guest speakers.
• Must have a flexible timetable to meet students and employers throughout the semester.
• Must be able to evaluate reports in French.
